If you think our cleaning job was done poorly we’ll give you your money back. We put that in writing in our agreements.

Maybe that’s just doing better next time, maybe it’s a small discount, maybe we send a cleaner back to fix the problem, or something else that we can agree on as two adults trying to solve a problem.
Our ask is this, please only ask for this money-back guarantee if we really mess up big time.

If it’s a small mistake, let us fix it, but don’t ask for all the money back. That just isn’t fair to do to a small business.
Granted, we guarantee it. So even if it was a small mistake and you ask for your money back we’ll do it.
The purpose of this guarantee is to know that if you’re upset about something that we aren’t going to leave you high and dry. We’ll take care of you.
And if you’re only minorly inconvenienced or annoyed, let us figure out a more equitable way to fix it and keep earning your business.
